Brock Lesnar: Until he loses, he's number one on just about everyone's list, including mine.
Shane Carwin: Not since Gracie has a guy come into the UFC and won so many fights so fast without ever losing.
Fedor Emelianenko: One of the real legends of the sport even though he doesn't fight much now.
Cain Velasquez: Cain is proud of his Mexican heritage and also he is undefeated and he punches very hard.
Cheick Kongo: Probably the most athletic guy on this list. He has some losses, but he will probably beat anyone once he learns ground skills. Might be the one guy who could overpower Brock.
Frank Mir: He has crazy jiu jitsu skills that he can use when wrestlers take him down repeatedly, always giving him a chance to win.
Roy Nelson: A champion in the IFL, TUF and maybe some day in the UFC as well!
Kimbo Slice: The best fighter in the history of Strikeforce who has defeated respected veterans like Houston Alexander, Tank Abbot and James Thompson. Only blemish is a close loss to Nelson.
Mirko Cro Cop: A great kicker, but mainly seems to only have kicks.
Alistar Overeem: I've never seen him fight, but from the looks of pictures he is probably the 2nd most athletic guy on this list.

There won't be much movement until Carwin and Lesnar fight. But I could see Overeem's win over the athletically gifted Brett Rogers moving him up and Kimbo's disappointing loss moving him down.
